MAIN FLOOR:
On the main floor is a full kitchen, breakfast nook, the 2nd bedroom, with its own bathroom, the Living room which opens up to the outside deck and the half bath (that is painted Papaya green)!
MASTER BEDROOM
A wonderfully romantic bedroom, with it's own private deck overlooking the beach. It has a private staircase and private bathroom with a shower. This is low-key luxury at it's best!!
SECOND BEDROOM
This bedroom is on the main floor, off of the living room. It is bright and airy and romantic, with a bathroom and a bathtub.
Loft - Optional Single Bunk
Walk up the narrow, hand carved, artistic staircase up to this funky loft room... complete with 1 double bed, with a single bunk bed above it. This room has great views of both the beach and the mountains, and is the access for the ladder up to the observation deck.
The best part of this house is it's abundance of outdoor living space!

THE OBSERVATION DECK: (UNCOVERED)
Climb the ladder staircase to this deck, and you will be rewarded with spectacular 360-degree views of the entire Peninsula: mountains, Ocean, Jungle, Lagoon and everything in-between!
MASTER BEDROOM PORCH: (COVERED)
Small but private. Perfect for watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee or late night stargazing!
UPPER/ MAIN LEVEL DECK: (COVERED)
This includes an outdoor sitting area, a dining room, a portable BBQ, early morning bistro spot, a sky chair and a private hammock area.
LOWER DECK: (UNCOVERED)
The perfect spot for morning coffee or cocktails at 5 (or sooner!) Complete with 4 Adirondack chairs and hooks for hammocks that catch the rays.
OUTDOOR SHOWER: (COVERED)
Thatched with a view of the ocean! It is supplied by cool rainwater for those hot days (Ahhhh... one of the many reasons we bought the house!)
